The 2015 SoCal WCA tutor conference will be held at the University of California, San Diego. The conference will take place at International House, with registration and meals held in the Great Hall. Below, you’ll find directions, maps, and information about parking.
Directions from I-5 (headed south): Follow I-5S to Genesee Ave in La Jolla, San Diego. Take the Genesee Ave exit. Keep right at the fork, and follow signs for Genesee Avenue W to merge onto Genesee Ave. Turn left onto N Torrey Pines Road. Turn left onto Pangea Drive. The entrance to Pangea Parking Structure will be on your left just before the stop sign; alternatively, turn left at the stop sign and a secondary entrance will be immediately on your left. For overflow parking in Hopkins Parking Structure, continue straight along Scholars Drive North after turning left at the stop sign. Turn right on UCSD Northpoint Driveway, and follow the curve around to continue on Hopkins Drive. The entrance to the parking structure will be on your right, just before the four-way stop.
Directions from I-5 (headed north): Take the La Jolla Village Drive exit off of I-5N, then turn left onto La Jolla Village Drive. Continue onto N Torrey Pines Road. Turn right onto Pangea Drive. The entrance to Pangea Parking Structure will be on your left just before the stop sign; alternatively, turn left at the stop sign and a secondary entrance will be immediately on your left. For overflow parking in Hopkins Parking Structure, continue straight along Scholars Drive North after turning left at the stop sign. Parking is free on Saturdays! There is a lot (Pangea Parking Structure) right next to the main venue, and another lot (Hopkins Parking Structure) not too far away, in the event that Pangea fills up.
