Parking
Parking on campus is free, and no permit is necessary. However, parking on campus is somewhat limited. Participants who will be staying at waterfront hotels are strongly encouraged to use our campus shuttle service (see details below). Other participants may also park near East Beach in order to take advantage of our shuttle service. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.
Campus Shuttle
A free shuttle service will be provided between campus and the waterfront hotels listed below. Shuttles will run at the beginning and end of the conference program on Saturday, February 27. Our shuttles are white and marked in maroon with Westmont’s name. For shuttle locations, please use this PDF map or access the map online.
- Shuttles will NOT stop at all East Beach hotels. However, they will stop at two convenient locations along Cabrillo Blvd (within a short walk of all listed hotels). For shuttle locations, please use this PDF map or access the map online.
- Morning shuttle service will run from approx. 8:30-10:15 a.m. Shuttles will begin running from East Beach locations.
- Afternoon shuttle service will run from approx. 4:30-5:30 p.m. Shuttles will begin running from Page Hall (Westmont). Shuttle riders, please arrive at Page no later than 5:20 to catch the last shuttle back to East Beach.
Accommodations
Conference participants who wish to stay in Santa Barbara overnight are responsible for arranging their own accommodations. The campus shuttle will serve the hotels near East Beach that are listed below.
· Fess Parker’s Doubletree Resort (633 East Cabrillo Blvd)
· Hyatt Santa Barbara (1111 East Cabrillo Blvd, and served by Santa Barbara Airbus from LAX)
· The Inn at East Beach (1029 Orilla Del Mar)
· Cabrillo Inn at the Beach (931 East Cabrillo Blvd)
· Motel Six (please note: the beach location – 443 Corona Del Mar – only)
